BDi HQ will be happy to deal with all initial contact requests and also acts as our emergency point of contact for both our Clients and Photographers - we aim to provide a one stop shop for almost every conceivable image production need - so we aim to be as productive as possible. To avoid interruption to our team's work we reserve the right to field all incoming calls - this ensures that every client receives total, uninterrupted, attention and excellent service from our dedicated image creation teams.
All clients are allowed direct access to their photographer via email, mobile and landline (details issued in our service pack at our first meeting). Every commissioned BDi photographer has ultimate responsibility for their own assignments and will liaise directly with clients to complete the work to the highest standards.
Please note that we aim to answer incoming calls immediately during working hours - and respond to all email communications within 1 working day. We generally operate GMT 09:00 - 19:30 (although there is usually someone available on call 24/7).
Note: any cold call / sales calls will be rejected and barred unless we are impressed witin 10 seconds of picking up the phone - make it good if you don't want to waste our time!
