Please DON'T be tempted to steal from us (or our kids!)... no matter how innocent your intentions...

All items herein contained are protected under the UK and international copyright laws. The intellectual property may not be downloaded, copied, printed or gathered except by normal viewing process of the browser or browsing device.

None of our images are within Public Domain. Use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration is a violation of our copyright. BDiPhoto vigorously protects copyrights interest. In the event that an infringement is discovered you will be notified and invoiced the fee as published and amended from time to time on this website for unauthorized usage and / or prosecuted for copyright infringement in the UK court where you will be subject to a fine of £100,000 statutory damages as well as our court costs and legal fees. If copyright is co-owned with a third party and a copyright infringement is deemed to have occured you may also be penalised under that party's own copyright policy... In other words... it's not worth it!
